By boat, you travel from central to northern Friesland, passing reed fields, meadows and picturesque villages. Along the way, you’ll see Dokkum and end at Lauwersmeer National Park – the perfect way to experience Friesland from the water.

Private mooring and boat ramp

Each holiday home at Ljeppershiem has its own private mooring. A boat ramp is also available, making it easy to launch your boat directly from the park.

No boat? You can easily rent a (electric) sloop, canoe or kayak nearby to explore the Frisian waters.
